Samuel Arnold Finley (1873-1933) was born in Montreal, David Jerome Spence (1873-1955) was born in Louisville Kentucky. The firm of Finley and Spence was active between 1902 and 1914. The architects designed nu
merous industrial buildings in Montreal.<br> CAC holdings for Finley and Spence include drawings and paper files for the L.E. Waterman Company Limited and the Belgo Building in Montreal.Several architects worked on the Belgo Building between 1912 and 1970 therefore we find several project names, project numbers and names of architects or architectural partnerships.
