Sub-subseries contains patients records files and correspondence with them. Files are arranged in alphabetical order. Includes operation reports, correspondence, questionnaires, ECG, notes, invoices, lab forms, photographs, x-rays, negatives, slides, telegrams, discharge summaries, autopsy reports, discharge summaries.

Arrangement
Archives were received in poor condition and interfield. It was impossible to recreate the original order. There previously was a special arrangement for the patients files. This arrangement seems to have been created for the statistical project of Dr. Thomas Cherian and Manuel Scarowsky:
